What Would You Do?

What would you do if your Honda 50 pit bike was stolen from your garage by the local neighborhood 14 year old criminal with a criminal history a mile long??? Our bike was taken sometime Saturday evening, and was found/recovered from the criminal kids garage on Sunday afternoon. The kid said his buddy whom doesn't live around here and not sure of his last name left it in his garage. Dad and son seemed equally surprised the bike was stolen......I got the cops involved to help answer some of the questions. Legally...what can we do to recoup damages, etc.

Not sure what you can do legally, but what can be done to make you feel alot better inside. Is find a friend with a unmarked van, i think you can even rent one from enterprise. Get 5 friends that understand where you comming from and take the little Mother Fer for a ride.

masks help but are not always needed, gag the little Fuc'r by craming a sock in his mouth wrap duct tape around his face to hold it in there. a good beating tool that doesnt leave too much of a mark but hurts real bad is a bad of soap in a sock. tape the guys hands behind his back so all five guys can go to work on the little SOB. Beat him for at least a min before you start asking him questions about what he or his friend did. Make sure you let him know you dont care if it was him or not, and that if it was his friend maybe he should choose better ones next time.

If he doesnt rat anyone out keep beating on him, if he does, keep beating him and tell him he shouldnt be a rat.

Re: What Would You Do?

what you do is beat the crap outta the father for not being honest either and make sure the son watches. When you're done with the father, turn to the kid and say you're turn when you turn 18. Or you could just take something of his friends and hide it in his garage lol. That would be kinda funny too

Re: What Would You Do?

Sounds good to me.....our little juvenile friend has been in trouble for stealing bicycles, neighbors tools, arrested for driving a stolen vehicle, just got out of "alternative school" becase of his arson conviction, now our 50, etc. etc., a nice long van ride would probably do junior a world of good.....or at least make me feel alot better.

Re: What Would You Do?

pay a group of other kids UNDER 18 to give him that beating, make sure they're a few years older than him so he really just stands no chance and lives in fear for a while.

i think it's worth 50 bucks and i'm sure you could get a minor to do it for that, and he could bring some friends that just wanna help. Life lessons are very valuable, make sure he gets a good one.....

as for the van thing, it's kidnapping and you might as well just catch him walking in the hood and beat his *** in the street. use your paid underage muscle though and make sure he can't figure out who was behind it so he lives in fear of everyone he's stolen from ..muahhahahhaha

Re: What Would You Do?

I'm willing to bet "dad" had no idea for real. Most little punks, if they are truly con artists will fool even their own P's or whatever, beacuse "oh he's a good kid" and they cannot possibly come to grips that little Johnny is a punk *** thief. So I would give the dad the benefit of the doubt. Van= bad idea (although cool!). Just like turboglenn says, mete out justice via the underage kids in the neighborhood. I'm sure the local ice cream stand group wil be willing to serve justice for 50 bucks and some ice cream.
Or find the baddest *** eighth grader you can, bring him over and tell the kid that stole your fiddy that you will PAY the dude (whatever $ amount you want) right here to kick his *** on the spot unless he fesses up.

Re: What Would You Do?

find the a$$hole walking down the street and grab him up preferably in the morning on his way to school. strip him naked and hog tie him to a pole infront of his school so all the ladies can see his bite sized twig and berrys hangin out. you may not get your fiddy back but atleast he will be embarassed as hell.

Re: What Would You Do?

An update on our little criminal....he has been arrested for driving a stolen vehicle, stole kids bicycles, neighbors tools, convicted of arson, stole our 50, etc., etc., etc....then all the other activities he's never been convicted of....probabaly gets away with 4 or 5 crimes for every 1 get caught. This is a smart *** punk, only child, adopted, lives in a 250k dollar home, has had everything handed to him by a do nothing but lay around and drink mom and a fat candy *** dad that has never lifted a hand to correct him.....now society gets to deal with junior at age 14....oh yah, dad said that he wants him to start attending his "stop smoking" classes again also....what a joke!!!

Re: What Would You Do?

Get a list of dmages and make it real high, somewhere about $1500 and then pay a lawyer $100 to write up some legal paperwork to scare them and send it to them certified mail telling them they will be sued unless they pay that amount for damages. $1500 will cover the cost of the lawyer plus enough to spend on trickjing the bike out and a little left for you. don't go higher than what is reasonable because chances are the higher you go they won't want to pay for it and they may go to court.

Thats what I would do.
