Fiddy Haulin'

I drive a car and need to buy some sort of rack to hang off the back of my ride to strap the fiddy to. If you drive a car and haul the fiddy hangin' off the back, let me know how you do it. Thanks guys.

Re: Fiddy Haulin'

why would you put a cover over the bed of a truck in the first place... ...you might as well drive a car with a really large trunk.

because gas didnt cost $2.25 a gallon when I bought it (cover = better gas mileage)... and I am too cheap to get a spray on liner which means cover keeps it from rusting ....

and I didnt know they made cars big with trunks big enough to fit big bikes in now ... so obviously I need to haul that too ....

Re: Fiddy Haulin'

I'm with the lazy truck cover guy, but I cheated, my cover is hydraulic so I can just lift it up and load, unsnap a few snaps and the cover closes very neatly over the fiddy. Like tucking it in for bed!

I wonder the same thing every time I see a truck with a cover on it. To make it worse some of those covers are $2-300 or more!! yikes!

I would rather have a car any day over a truck, that's why I started this thread. If I would rather drive a truck, there would be no need for this discussion.

Bro, I hate to tell ya, but that cover looks like something an old man would put on. Flush or inside the bed rails is the way to go.

Nice ride except for that cover.

Re: Fiddy Haulin'

I definatly did not want to get a cover on mine. I use the bed of my truck too much to keep opening and closing the cover.

neways I know someone that has a hitch rack and they like it. It is not that expensive either. I would recomend going that route...or just go ghetto and put it in the trunk and tie a rope around the car.
