fork help please

i just got some +1 fork tubes and threw em on got everything together and the damn things are frozen? did i not use enough grease? i used white lithium grease it was all i had. also i lost my wheel spacer so i measured one off of my old fiddy and used one from the hardware store its like 1/8 inch to short its all they had would that put to much stress on them to compress?

please help it's my only 50 with a bar kit!

Re: fork help please

fo r the locking up problem i have no clue but for the 1/8 space problem you can just put a washer in place to solve that.

Re: fork help please

it might just be binding b/c you're pulling the forks together at the bottom with that spacer being too small. instead of your forks being like this || they're like this \/
