Here is the thread that I saw on another board...




Just for those of you that are considering buying from Holeshot Motortsports from Las Vegas. Their webpage www.crf50racer.com. They used to sell more then just 50cc race parts. I had ordered a powerbomb for my 250f. They sent me the wrong one. I sent it back per a guy named JD. I waited for almost a month and never received it. I called them and they claimed FMF had them backordered. Well a month turned into a year! and about 50 phone calls. Now it has been almost a year and a half! Sent it back December 2003! Always an excuse... We sent it out.. OK give me the tracking number... OK wait a minute...On hold for 3 minutes and then click. I get hung up on. I call back and they don't answer. The next day I call back, another excuse, or once they hear my name they hang up. I ask for a boss name, we don't know. Who signs your check. I dunno they say. Finally in February I'm in Vegas.. I look them up. Go to the last known address. (Now they list a P.O. Box). I call them and tell them I'm comming to their address. They say come by. (Oh cool, now I'll get somewhere!). I show up, and the building is cleared out. I go to a neighbor business and am told that they cleared out several weeks before and left no forwarding address. The landlord doesn't even know.

Am I bitter?

Heck ya!! I have been ripped off for $150.00 and I don't know what to do! I have given them every opportunity to do right, and they refuse! I figure the only way now is to tell my story and hope to either hurt them financially until they do right, or at least get my $150.00 back in satisfaction of lost sales.

I would implore any fellow Thumpertalk.com'ers to join be in refusing to buy from a company that rips off a fellow thumper! Please feel free to call them and tell them why! I swear to everything holy that my story is true and complete!
