spark plug failure

spark plug failure
it seems as if my bike isnt getting enough gas when i start it up, so it keeos stalling. after a few trys of starting it, the spark plug fouls out and gums up real quick, then it wont start at all. what could be causing that

its all stock, the way it came from the dealer. i think im gonna take it to the dealer, i have 2 weeks left on the warrranty, maybe a very slight chance somethin could be covered under it
