engines on ebay help

want to know if anyone has bought or knows someone that has bought one of these 110cc engines off ebay and if there any good or doggy
the two names i keep seeing are Zongshen and Lifan

I hear there both pretty decent, I know some one with a lifan and it rips compared to a stock fiddy, there not as good as a honda but an easy way to get more power..
