Sandblasting/Powdercoating

Roughly, how much would it cost to sandblast and powdercoat black a stock frame, swingarm, rims, and spokes.

And sandblast and powdercat my hubs red, and my enginge red.

Is it just too much money to make it worth it?

Re: Sandblasting/Powdercoating

Sounds like you need a connection....You can do most of that by alittle sanding primer and paint..

Re: Sandblasting/Powdercoating

I was just quoted 150 for the frame, swingarm, brake panels, handle bars, and forks.

that includes sand blasting, and powder coating in high gloss black.

Re: Sandblasting/Powdercoating

i painted my first frame with house of color automotive paint and dupont clear. its held up fine, but ive still always had in the back of my head that powdercoat will hold up way better.

I also painted the frame on my dirt 50 and it hasnt held up all that well due to the conditions i ride it in.

So for this next project im powdercoating and anodizing everything black. its going to look sick and stay looking that way.

:YEAH
