Has anyone had Issues with BBR

I bought a Full bar kit for my fiddy and it was missing a Lock nut for the throttle cable. I gave them a buzz figuring they would just send one out..........being just a 5 cent Nut. But instead the Guy told me that they couldn't do that and there was some issue. I said its a nut that any body can get but I spent 200.00 and should have gotten it as Part of the KIT he said too bad .......

They suck and not to make a cutomer happy over a 5 cent nut Just show's how BIG companies suck and don't care about there cutomers at all..

DON'T BUY BBR THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS

AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Has anyone had Issues with BBR

i bought a bbr handlebar kit, but i never bought anything directly from the bbr website.

I've only tried xr50.com, they're really nice. They'll probably send you a nut for free, even cheap.

Re: Has anyone had Issues with BBR

Its a Good price but if they don't stand behind there products for a small lock nut prob 5cents then what would make you want to buy ANY thing else they would just laugh....IM ALL DONE WITH BBR............There is just too many other companies to choose from Now and they will not be one.
