I have the Five-0 setup, but just for the bars and clamp. The rest is pieced together and orderd from Ron @ Xtreme Racing 50s.
The clamp seems really strong and I love the bar setup (I've only had it on since this weekend).

The throttle and brake cables are actually really easy to install and deal with...go and buy it off ebay, piece by piece, its a lot cheaper.
What part of jerzey are ya located in? I'm in Somerset County

I love my Red Baron kit. I have had it a year and only broken the front brake lever from a ghost ride. I have crashed it a lot (a few here can say how hard I crash) and the bars are not bent at all.
The only problem I had with it was the four bolts that hold the bar clamp to the top tree vibrated loose. Blue locktite fixed that.
The kit didn't come with a throttle cable but all you do is re-route your stock cable to the right side of the bike and you are riding in comfort.
