just call your local dps or dmv ask them if u can register something under 50s ccs etc .. then take all the info to the judge, be like well i tried along time ago, and i talked to this one cop (fake cop) and he said i couldnt register it etc etc

Your just lucky in st.joe.. My friend was on kemptons 50, took it down the street and came back up, and got pulled over... I ran home on mikes 50..
What you guys doing running on streets?! You'l never get away, hell when I ran on the streets on a 300ex the cop was on my bumper the entire time..
