New big bore kit?!

Got a new BBR catalog in the mail today and noticed something different. It seems that a 106cc kit they have doesn't require you to bore out the cases. It has a 50mm crank and a 52mm piston which would give you 106.18cc. It also includes all the normal kit stuff like carb., cam, intake....... But wouldn't you still need to bore out the cases to prevent the piston from slapping the cases? Maybe the 50mm crank prevents this from happening, but this sounds fishy. It's not like I'd ever buy anything from BBR anyways (more $ for same quality).

But you'd have to bore the cases if it was a 52mm crank and 52mm bore?

Re: New big bore kit?!

**** Powroll

They caused a ebay auction of mine to end becuase I used the name powroll in the text for search purposes. And their **** is so overpriced its rediculous. If you want top notch stuff buy it from ClassicHondausa. Kitaco and Takegawa stuff id the best bar none... Thats why the Japs make that stuff. You can argue this all you want to no avail. And the guys at Classic Honda like Shane or Lyle are the best when it comes to helping you out with a problem.

If you are smart though a trailbikes kit or Dragon Racing kit is cheap and works great. Mine flys and i beat on it..... I would be willing to say my Z motor is bulletproof. 7RWHP on the dyno with room for still more improvement.
