i made sure that i filed the sharp edges down so that would not happen! the whole time i was making it, all i was thinking about was how i stabbed my thumb on josh's cross!

My cross rules and you know it, although it's a hazard when riding.
It makes for some scarry high chair stoppies, still have scars on the legs from getting impailed by that thing.
I guess there is a big price to pay for being that cool--you know how the 2 bit riderz roll---biotch.

Regular cut off wheels and a very steady hand. A small sanding drum also helps for the tight spots.
I know he used the wand attachment for the dremmel, it makes working in tight areas easier.
