Stunt spots around Pacific Beach?

I've been living and riding in this area for 3.5 years now and I hardly ever see any stunters. I want to learn to start slowing my wheelies down but I don't know of a single spot anywhere near me to practice (or anyone to practice with). Closest spot I know of is down 905, too far away.

Anyone know of anything?

Not entirely. The question is regarding "Stunt spots around Pacific Beach", not spots that we'd have to drive 20+ miles to.

Well then the direct answer to the question is, there aren't any! Try to find a spot and create one, problem solved! Now if you want to actually ride with other stunters, drive the 20 min and ride with everyone else. There is someone there almost every night, as well as sat and sunday afternoons. It's pretty squid free nowdays too, the cops roll it once in a while, but don't mess with the stunters, just the guys who try to run when they pull in.

You don't want to drive 20+ Miles? Are you kidding me my closest spot was about 20 miles each way, and it got blown up so now i have to drive around 100 round trip. If you want to learn to stunt 20+ miles isn't ****!

I currently drive 24 miles to get to the 905 spot. I feel it is well worth it. I used to go almost every night, but we never left till 1am and I have to get up at 6, my old *** couldn't hang anymore so I had to cut back.

It's about 2 blocks long too, so plenty of room to learn!

I guess some people just want to say that they stunt and don't actually want to put in the time, money, and dedication?? I wish I was lucky enough to have a good spot and people to ride with 20 miles away! hell the spot I did have that was 20 miles away I rode by myself most of the time.

Your not too far off really, there must easily be over 100 set-up stunt bikes around San Diego, but I can only think of maybe 7 other people besides me that hit the spots around here. Every once in a while you'll get the randoms that comes out but they never stick with it for whatever reasons. There are a lot more people around here that claim to stunt but I have never actually seem them stunt nor do they come to the different spots we have so who really knows. If everyone in town who had a stunt bike actally came out to the spot we'd have one hell of a group, sadly it'll never happen.

edit: Sadly we have a few really guys who are more then accomidating when it comes to helping new riders. ****, Warren Jamez literally gives his cell number out to everyone interested, but they never come out.

sweet! a san diego thread... nice... i used to ride palomar and the 101 way too damn often... got boring... all my friends that ride moved away so im all alone.. just getting into the whole stunting thing but not willing to go all apeshit with it yet until i get my cage and gearing. still willing to learn though... gimme a time and day ill try to make it. if anyone lives up near mira mesa and wants to group ride down then lemme know.
