BTW !!! You all know I'm a Puss and hardly ever progress.... well after last Sunday ...you all inspired me to progress....and While I havent gone to SS yet... I did do something New in practice Monday.... I did a bunch of successful Slows with Foot in rear bar....That is a new position for me ...and one step closer to SS...I'm going SS today (I hope ....
