got pulled over last night 5 minutes from my house at 2:30 am by Florida Highway Patrol

I was doing 70 pacing a suv and saw the cop sitting there and thought naw he dosent even have his parking lights on not to worry..... I was wrong

1500 Yards from my exit he forced me over to the shoulder.

Here is the list of tickets

Operating a MotorCycle without endorsment (Misdemenor)
Speeding
Driving with a Suspended License Unknowingly
Improper Tag placment and Lighting

I was real lucky I didnt go to jail last night the officer wasnt a dick to me he had no choice he had to right me up.

So needless to say I had an awsome night

Also my other tickets and points were coming off my record in 4 months

Had just got my insurance under 1000 bucks for 6 months on my truck to

yeah i just got pulled over in my area a block away from my house doing 46 in a 30. he's pulled me over before for doing a wheelie in front of him but not on purpose, so he pulls me over today and i just know im getting a ticket for sure cause he let me go the first time. he checks my record and remembers me trying out for the police dept. which is cool cause we start talking about the tryouts on sept 25. so he tells me if he see's me again doing something wrong on my bike he's going to give me a ticket. what im trying to get at is they dont have to give you a ticket if they dont want too. its always up to them unless they are in training and their training officer is there. all i know is when i become one im not even going to waste my time with the riders in general.... unless i can tell he's a newbie and he doesnt know what he's doing & then i would just probaly run his tags.

 

I went to court last wednesday for driving a bike with no endorsement. I just have to pay court costs which is $225. I got my endorsement the day before court though. If you go to performance honda on west colonial you can take the written and skill test for $65 and the teacher is really cool. You get to ride a kawasaki eliminator 125 and its so easy to pass. And I got pulled over FHP also for not havign proper lighting on my tag. Its just BS when they pull you over for that. They just have nothing better to do. I always say FTP!!! **** The Police!!!!!!!!

 

Yeah right... I hear you dave. The cop said he pulled me for speeding then he couldnt see my tag yet noone else has every said they couldnt see it. He was sitting totally in the dark no lights and says he got me with radar... Personnally I think I was just a target considering I was riding the same speed as other vehicles and we were getting passed but I got pulled over....but what ever Ill get over it.

Kinda sucks though I had some points already from a couple years back and they were do to come off in 4 months

 

How many people have motorcycle endorsments on their license? I don't. I've been meaning to get it all summer. Well summers just about over now.

Riding without Endorsment is a Misdemenor and its a jailable offense

 

I might be able to get that dropped on mine well just have to see I know I can probably get 2 of tickets dropped but the speeding and tag I might have to deal with maybe I can take a class for the speeding to and save my ***...again we will have to see

 

i have atleast 6 tickets for the tag i can tell you how to get that one done :YEAH
