Ya I guess that is the way it normally is.. But ...
1) Since they stopped Preventive Maintanence a few years back to save $$ (NO cutting trees away from power lines unless someone calls it in) became Reactive instead of Provative
2) Since they did little to no inspections of the 1.3 million + wood power poles that were weakened during last years Hurricanes.
3) Since they have given their line works less $$ and less benifits over the past 5 years (Buddy Works for them)
4) Since they are charging more for worse service every year
5) Since they have out sourced a **** load of there line works and laid off many locals. (More cost cutting)
6) Since they force there crews to work 13+ hour days for weeks and if they request a day to rest they are threaten with loosing ALL OVER TIME pay.
7) Since they have a PR woman go on the news to try and answer questions about the power restoration process whom can barely speak the english language; let alone be in the least bit informative.
8) umm should I go on?
FPL VPs SUCK D!CK AND NEED TO BE REPLACED!
and their workers get the staff daily!
