There are only a few cities that I would suggest to move to if you are looking for bikers to hang out with: Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando. I'm sure there are a few other cities but I can't think of them right now. Have you ever been to Florida?? What type of work are you looking for?? There are a few other posts that have good information on it from other people with your same questions. Good Luck!

 

yea lived in clear water b4 . and the type of work i do is life guarding and securty work.what aobut daytona any good? and i need to get the hell out of nj this place sucks bad

 

I'm sure you can find work just about anywhere. Oh yea, I forgot about Daytona. I've never been there but I think I've heard of a few people on here that live in Daytona.

 

My opinion:

Daytona's awsome but to live there ... Ummm ... Ya gotta get use too dealing with tonz of tourist! If that's ok with ya.. I would give it 2 thumbs up and as far as life guarding goes.. I think most areas on the EAST coast would be fine. Most of the Keys, Miami Area , Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach .. right up the coast.. The West coast tends to have a great population of OLD PEEPs and is not for me!

 

Yes I would have to agree that the west coast is filled with a ton of blue haired people right now. It is unreal. You look around and see hands and blue hair sticking up over the dashboards of the cars on the roads.

i wish I would have moved to the east coast personally.

Trust me I know. There are a few things that are hindering my choices right now. I know after this weekend I will be spending the rest of the weekends in February in Boca Raton, so you never know what could go on.

Sarasota/Bradenton is a nice place. right on the beach.

 

It looks like you've got a variety to chose from Hitman. I would suggest that you visit a few places before you actually move to Florida so you can see for yourself.

 

well i know clearwater and tampa and aorund there like it , but its all aobut money ridieng and jobs to pic the place i want to come , and who i meet to ride with too wen i come down

 

Jacsonville kinda sucks...not the riders though...just the city. I was born and raised here...I want to move. If i do move it will be to Orlando or Tampa, or Down around Ft. Laudie area.
