thinking about grabbing up a cheap place in florida and wanted opinions of people 'WHO ACTUALLY KNOW' what they are talking about

what do you think about the deltona area? i know its not as fancy as orlando, and bla bla bla .... not trying to find a job there or any night clubs. just a chill florida spot where no one bothers you.

mainly concerned with things that are 'unknown' until you move there. like heavy flooding in that area, or tornados, or anything that you wouldnt pickup on just checking out the area. im trying to BUY a place, so its important. im pretty close to closing a deal too so i want to be sure. any info would help. thanks

 

Deltona is a good bang for ur buck Tornado's not so much a hurricane every now and the . As far as flooding it is florida and it rains alot check with your neighborsto insure your property is high. Location it is good in between daytona and o-town hope this helps
