its pretty simple to put back together, the tank goes on top of the airbox, the frame goes over the motor, subframe attachs to the frame, forks go on the front of the frame, rearsets go on the frame tabs. etc . its like a puzzle. the only problem i had when i put my bike back together is i had a bunch of spare bolts.

 

Well thats cause ur blonde and im the smart brunette and I put all the boldts in little plastic bags and taped them to where they go! HA Genious I know, you dont have to tell me!

 

i put the bolts in my tool box a figured i would be able to figure it out. only thing i labled was my wiring harness and vacuum lines. bike hasnt fallen apart yet so im good for now.

 

i just put everything in one box. i have had my 636 apart at least 7 times in about a year

I hate low life *** holes that take advantage of females! And that dont take responsiblity for their actions! I sware to god I have been fukd over by at least 2 *** holes in the last 3 months, money wise, and the fukn money well has gone dry, none fukn left! $150 is not a bad price for a good welder that know what hes doing, i agree someone else should be paying it though. either way we will take care of it.
