Unhappy Help Please, my bike will NOT wheelie

Hello all, just looking to get a few questions answered hopefully

Here is the problem:

I have an 03 CBR 600 RR. I've been doing a lot of work on it (and waiting on parts ) for awhile now. I've gone in and done the clean air mod, cleaned all my calipers/replaced fluid in the lines, removed all the florida road grime

While I'm waiting for my parts (engine cage, sprocket and round bar) to come in I got antsy and i thought i would throw caution to the wind and practice some wheelies to try and get the hang of it. I've read and re-read all the posts on here as far as how-tos and setup of your machine. I just cant get this thing on one wheel! No matter how I try my bike refuses to wheelie OR endo, and i cant figure it out, so here I am.

I've tried just pow pows, I've tried clutching it up (by the way, how come my bike goes waaahn dididididididididididi when I hold the throttle wfo?), i've tried bouncing, clutching, bouncing and clutching at all rpms, and still it just sits there. I even knocked it off the stands TWICE trying to get it up one night I've mimicked the "yut ugghh" noise so much I think it might be wearing on my plates in a bad way

I was watching the youtube video of the guy doing wheelies all the way down the highway with no front wheel, so why can I not do it? Do you HAVE to have the rear wheel on and the chain connected? I cant even stoppie on this thing, I KNOW the front wheel works. My speedometer said i was hauling *** then I just slammed on my front brakes, still nothing?

anyway, do you guys have any pointers? I know everyone says "its the rider" but come on, when my bike says im at 15,000 rpms and i dump the clutch it should at least do something right? Do I have to have my stunt parts on in order for it to do these things? Is it kinda like a flux capicitor?

I took a picture right after my last attempts, maybe you guys can spot something I have hooked up wrong? Is my frame not the right one for the wheely models? guys, is there a selection in my settings that disables the physics on this bike so it actually can not wheelie? I know they had it set that way for Tourist Trophy when i played it. I would crap my pants if that is the case, all this trying and all I have to do is use some sort of cheat code on it, or even just adjust the normal settings in the main menu

ANY help would be greatly appreciated I'll even buy you a beer or two if you can help me figure this beast out
