i think its cool, the 5-0 was flying over last time but nobody ever said anything the last 3 times i have been there.

 

Please take this with a grain of salt guys but "I think its cool" is ok but put yourself in the shoes of some of these guys driving / trailering their bikes 3+ hours to ride costing several $100's of bucks in fuel etc.. to just get ran off....i'd make pretty damn sure you can kill it legally before organizing an event at a place where you are technically trespassing?

Anyone remember Area 51? Just hate to see a shitload of folks show up and have the property owners call the Sheriff and run you all off. Its happened to us 3 times....never threw an event there just hated to see buddies of ours have to pack up and drive 2 hours + home for nada!

 

The only time there has ever been a problem with cops there was during stunt wars. That was the only instance I've heard of and I think there was over a 100 people there.
I drive and hour and a half and ethiopian has about a 2 1/2 hour drive. I'm 99% confident that it will not get busted. I have yet to be kicked out and I've been there about a dozen times. Even had cops drive through the lot and not say a word.

 

i am one of those 3+ hour drivers,the locals said it has never been a problem riding there. ive only heard that they had a problem during stunwars when there were 200+ people hangin out.

 

fortunatly ive gotten building info as well as leasees info and there is not a problem as of yet ... if the truckers complain then it will be a problem .. the trash has been well taken care of and the burnouts are held to a minimal .. if the respect follows then they're will continue to NOT BE AN ISSUE ...

 

and as far as unnecessary rev-limiter **** , keep that for the shows , we dont need a 2 day ss coaster rev off .... if u heard it once you heard it a thousand times

 

i think the o-town guys are comin then , me and the ft,myers crew will be there both weekends ... few lakeland guys

This was the case at the old "B" spot out here in Brandon by Rad's. All the tenants were kool with us, **** they came out and took pics and hung with us! The problem was the property management company. They came out and actually got tag #'s and sent threatening letters from their attorneys office stating that they may hold those of us who were caught on camera liable for the damage (rubber marks etc..) to their property. Again the tenants were all 100% cool with us being there and it was always after hours but the property owner got a stick in his *** and so now... RIP B spot!! **** people like that!!
