what's with the heel guards hanging from the swingarm? lower chain protector?

 

keeps your fingers and toes out of the sprocket , had a guy at the spot almost loose his thumb a few weeks ago

 

for what reason whould anyone want to put their hands or feet near there when it's spinning?

 

well i doubt any one would plan on it but if your tip over switch is bypassed as most stunt bikes are and your idle is turned up then it becomes a very dangerous place on a bike when you crash ...

 

i have seen probably ten people on just this site that have lost toes or fingers because they didn't have a lower chain guard

its when ou wreck man, imagine if your fingers fell in between that crap spinning that fast.... ive actual met alot of riders with missing fingers or cut off tips from that... alstar stunts got all of his cut right above the knuckle...... i dont knwo why im thinking this but does drastic dan have a cut finger from that too????
