pretty hard, I can barley weld steel with a mig LOL, u gotta tig aluminum for strenght. Bring aluminum expecially cast aluminum to a pro.

yea went to a muffler shop and they didnt wanna **** with it
its a crack were the peg screws onto the frame

on a 600rr? its kind big and it will dent your frame on hard drops but doesnt let it roll as easy.
