ok. so my bike still dont run... ive tryed 2 motors 2 wiring harness,2 sets of throttle bodys. changed all censers back and forth and 2 ecus. so im thinking of parting out my bike.

 

No offense Zac, but it must be something that you are doing wrong... the odds of ALL of that stuff being bad (including a BRAND NEW wiring harness) are about 1 in 999 TRILLION... don't part it just yet...

 

how about i drop it off at your house this weekend and you see what you can do till ill pick it up when ever .if you would want to do that.

 

i 100% agree, it wouldnt start so we cleaned the plugs, fired up and does the same thing(bog). they sell new spark plugs for a reason **** goes bad.

 

download a service manual, they have free ones on google for f4is...

Fuel Pressure Regulator

 

changed it once already, both motors did the exact same thing with 2 sets of throttle bodies the only thing that was not changed both times was the coils and plugs. it will idle but give it gas and it dies. it sounds like a buell so i thought FPR too, maybe both were bad.

 

i went over ever thing with a manual, and ive changed the fuel regulator
and the spark plugs wouldnt kill the bike when i turn the throttle

 

when i was doing wheelie bunouts last night it did.

 

you got front wheel burns with rear wheel burns into wheelie. lol

 

what would then? trouble shoot. everything worked fine when you took your bike apart. you did somthing wrong putting it back together twice now. i find it hard to believe that your plugs ,coils,fpr,throttle bodies ,wiring harness went bad.

 

HAVE YOU CHECKED ALL YOUR SENSORS? WHEN I PUT MY BIKE TOGETHER I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH UNPLUGGED SENSORS...

 

I might be able to do that... depends how far I get with all this fiberglass if I'll have room or not... I'm in the messy stage right now of coating the first mold with resin so I can't damage it...
