if you can find the guy whos name is on the title the two of you can go to the dmv and get it in your name as long as he is there with you

 

the guy lives in Rhode Island so not gonna work

 

that sucks , if you knew and trusted him i would just tell him to apply for a lost title and have him sign it in the right place and send it to you , but if he is a dirt bag he could really **** you over if he knows you haven't transferred the title into your name yet

 

im thinking of trying to get his number or just mail him a letter n see if he will do that. hopefully he will cause it would be easier. then i could have a legal bike.
