this 954 i got has SUPER thick fluid in it, im gonna drain it and put the stock weight back in. **** rides like a rock.

 

Yea, I don't get it.. I checked everything. There's no leaks.. I have the right amount of fluid. I backed out all my settings and redid them. Everything is 100%. I run 15w in there and it's usually stiff as hell.

Only thing I can think is that the springs were slowly wearing out and I was just constantly adjusting to them until they got so bad that I finally noticed/felt the affects.

 

nags i been gettin headshake too and i finally just shimmed my front axel spacers and its smooth and hell now!

 

I'm good everywhere else. My bike NEVER gets headshake.

 

it soundslike sumthings loose u said u tightened everything so i guess it aint the prob lol. i know my neck bearings were a lil loose at one point and i took off the triple and tightened it. but its prolly a shock internal i would guess!

 

I think it's like I said earlier. That they've been getting weaker over time but I was just adjusting myself without realizing it until it got so bad that it became noticeable.

I love the 636. I'm not sure about the spare frame. I really need the money, but I'll be very pissed if I sell it then find a crack in the one I'm using.


I still need to get used to the bike but I like it a lot.

 

keep it, you might need it one day and there hard to find.

you can always have you frame re-welded if you dont let it go forever.
