if you left it in a public parking garage that YOU PAID to park there. i would talk to the manager of the place asking if they have cameras which most likely they will. if not i would get a lawyer and go after them for them taking your money and letting some one else walk out with your bike.
damm bro you seem pritty calm I would be flipping the **** out. theres gotta be somethign you can do. talk to a laywer and the PD and work with them to get security cameras of every store int he area and the parking garage around the time of the robbery and get a plate and catch those *******.
