No it's not blown but it's fucked up. I think it's something to do with the timing but I've been messing around with it for like 3 days off and on and I finally got it completely put back together and it ran like **** and didn't feel like pulling it apart again.

I don't think so. It has a huge lack of power and it feels like it's spitting way too much compression out of the exhaust like 2 cylinders firing at the same time. It's really weird.
