an f4i start/stop switch.... or if anyone knows if the 1000rr throttle housing will work with the f4i throttle cables....

 

it should work the grips are pretty much universal.. (plastic inerds?) i have seen people put harley grips (housing built into grip) on sportbikes.. so i would assume but you can bypass the on off with a pushbutton kill switch and just used the housing to hold the throttle on

 

ya... id like to run the seperate throttle housing from the start stop switch like the 1000rr and all ducatis and some select triumphs.... more room on the bars.... and i can cut them down so they arent so wide... and it would look cleaner... i was just wandering if the throttle cables are similar at the throttle housing on both bikes.... cause hazen has the throttle housing and the start stop switch.... and i was gonna get it from him but he said someone tried to use it with db bars and the cables werent long enough... and i was just gonna run my f4i cables if the will work...

 

should work with lenth you might have to reroute them i think they come out of the frame on the left just swap it..

 

ya... im more than likely gonna get them and try to figure something out... and make it work... i have a tech here who can pretty much make cables... so if it comes down to it ill buy him lunch and he can make my cables work... its dope... i never have to order cables... if i break one he just makes me a new one with the old sleve and fittings....

 

1000RR works nice with Clip-ons but I think it's too short for DB bars.

I have a 954 switch housing that will work with your F4i cables and I might have a stock F4i housing too.
