i am trying to sell my bike to someone in florida and he cant get a straight answer from anyone about whether or not he can register my bike in fl or if it will get a certificate of destruction. it has a mass rebuilt title with a prior collision and odometer discrepency. someone has to know this.....

I don't think you can here in Florida. I'm not 100% though.

my eyes are tired from looking at the computer all night but from what I was reading on the second page, you need proof of ownership (bill of sale) accompanied with the salvage title from the current owner signed over to you... then you have to rebuild it... and get it inspected yada yada yada...

 

Rebuilt can be registered.

Salvage can be made "rebuilt" with the right inspection.

CD cannot be rebuilt or registered.
