Roommate Post, Again (found A Condo In Boynton Bch)
I put a post about a month ago about looking for roommates, I actually have a 3/2 condo ready to go, so I need to do one more spam here please 
Here's the lowdown...
I have a real-estate agent friend helping me get into a BRAND SPANKING NEW 4th Floor 3/2 condominium in Boynton Beach, right on the water. She will make sure our lease application will pass, and I have someone to co-sign the lease, so its okay if you have no credit here.

The 2nd master bedroom will cost $570.00 per month, and bedroom #3 will cost $550.00 per month, water and cable tv included. Total Square Area is just over 1500ft.
MY TERMS: Im very liberal, open-minded, and respectful to those that deserve it. I have a new 57 HDTV, surround sound, many dvds, and a PS3 Im willing to share. I do not get along with conservative, pessimistic whiney type people. We also must maintain this condo at MAXIMUM CLEANLINESS, because my friend is putting her name on the line for me.
Im 21yrs old single white male, FAU undergrad student. I drink moderately, and also 420 friendly. Usually I stay busy and not home much.
To move in, each person most bring $1650.00 each for First, Last, and Security, then it will be either $570 or $550 depending on which room. Lease will be for 1-year most likely, and I might be able to negotiate a better deal. However, if you are financial incapable of affording this, please do not waste my time. Money talks and B.S. walks here.

haha no i moved out, i have a 2 bed 2 bath to myself. and its free.
wood floor, bathrooms are all marble, granite kitchen counter tops, and 2 balconies.
