I'm from Vermont, where I was into Mtn. Biking and Snowboarding. For a while I was into quads and cars... then I turned 16 I got my first street bike. That '01 Yamaha R6 changed my life.

I am... and we do...

My family makes 300-500 gallons every season.

We tap 1200 maple trees anually.

Seriously.

Not at all.

I never joke about syrup.

90% of what we make is called "fancy" which is 1 grade above "A"

Then comes grade "B" which is thicker and darker - mostly used for cooking because of it's high sugar content.
