yup a sponsors of like mcoy can certainly say no way on other brands. 11g's is crazy expensive.

 

but McCoys is not a YAMAHA dealer... Sure they deal with yamaha for the most part but they also sell parts for other brands as well... not to mention they are building a Busa...

I happen to know one of the McCoys... Ill ask him and see what he says...

Supposed to be pretty serious, and they are claiming 600 HP twin Turbo. We'll see what happens in Vegas.

 

Yeah ..... lets see what happens.. i know more than the average bear.. sometimes...

But i just spoke to Shane McCoy and he explained that because of his contract with McCoys and R1-forum and R6-forum, he can only ride R1 or R6. Wouldnt make sense to sponsor him by to Yamaha Forums and he ride something else.. So pretty much he sold the Gixx and bought a nice 06 R6...
