Well my mustang decided it would be nice to hydroplane into a brick wall on the way to school last night....:YEAH so now I'm down to my bike as my main source of transportation for awhile, just wondering if any of guys do that down here and have any problems with it? trying to give myself something positive to think about.....since I've been busting my *** afterschool since thats the only time i have becuase of work during the day and school at night to go to this industrial park and practice but now i cant do that for awhile cuz i cant afford a ****ed up bike and a ****ed up car...any input would be great....

 

i wrecked my truck about a week and a half ago and i just have a bike... but its already a stuntbike... and its street legal...

 

i should have my truck back before aug. 10th... if u have insurance on ur car u should get it fixed though... florida rain sucks at 5 pm

I only had a bike when I lived in orlando just kept the rain suit handy.

 

i spent 9 months without a car. only had a bike to ride around. it was cool in the beggining but got old fast. Specially when you had to go places and leave your bike out for long periods of time without seeing it and such

 

all i have is my bike, and it's been like that for over 2 years. rain and heat are the biggest problems.

 

yea me and gary did it too for 2+ years, it sucks, but its cheap

thinking about selling it and getting another bike

 

Pvc rainsuits are the best wet-weather protection. Buy a cheap set, they always split in the crotch after a few months, but keep you bone dry. All I had was my F3 for two winters in Seattle, probably a little colder than Florida, but just as wet, and some snow(that was fun). Rain wheelies are a blast, people look at you like your'e completely insane. Have fun!

yeah i'm definately getting it fixed, if its not totaled, good news is I think they are gonna give me a rental car for free under my insurance if everything works out as planned...

 

just ride it out you vag., me, ed and steve have all done it for ever.... it makes you appreciate a car that much more after you ride in the rain twice a week
