thats exactly why i am moving south

 

+1 I'm moving south in a year or 2. I would move now,but I got a house to hold on to for a little bit.

 

If I didn't have a damn condo, I'd be gone now.. The market is so bad right now that I wouldn't get rid of it for a while.. I wish I never would have bought it

So when do you guys plan on moving? Where you moving to?

Anywhere from south Carolina down. Has to be relatively close to the coast. I have no desire to move to the west. Basically it will depend on cost of living/housing, how many womenand how sweet of a city, and pay.

 

I know I'm worried about my house selling and getting close to what I want for it ... I'm putting my house up for sale in the spring and moving as soon as it sells .. I'm thinking florida is choice 1 then atlanta is 2 ... if for some reason neither of those work then some where west like cali or arizona

 

Cali is so damn expensive though

I've been searching jobs on monster.com and there's a s*** load of them south.. That shouldn't be a problem.. I've been to Atlanta 3 times and LOVED it.. I wouldn't mind living there or Florida.. Buckhead was a blast.. I met some of the nicest people there.

 

yes buckhead i stayed there the last 2 times I went and it was so much fun!!
I agree on cali being expensive which is why its last on the list ...
And yeah jobs are everywhere in florida ...

 

With it getting into the 90's a lot around here, I think i could get used to it

 

I would never complain if it were in the 90's here.. S***, I wouldn't mind 60's.. But this 30's and 20's s*** has got to go!!!! What were my parents thinking??

florida still gets to cold to ride during the winter. and when its warm you know its gonna rain.summer is nice but it rains every other day. then fora week every other week between huricanns. what were my folks thinking. One the other hand i wouldnt live anywhere else. Did someone say somthing about jobs in florida. lol. that would be nice. Just take about 10 thousand off your yankee pay.Thats about what you would make here doing almost anything.i think it strarting to rain better put my bike up.
