I need a referral to a good (honest) shop that can do customization work to my R6. I am at my 500 mile point, I need the reg Maintenance as well as I want to do some other stuff to it as well..

I want to extend the swingarm 8", lower it some more, new chrome wheels, polish the head, i want a black paint job with cotton candy colored graphics... I have ideas.. and money.. I just need to know where to go to do it all and put my ideas together...so instead of going blind.. I am sure you guys could send me in the right fdirection...

And as any typical woman.. I want it NOW.. I want it right.. fast.. and perfect... I dont expect it to be cheap.. I just dont want to give up my bike for a month.. and I want it done right..

well honestly... at the moment my bike is the same as every other red R6.. I want different..and faster...I guess I had just been thinking and thats what I came up with.. is this not a good idea... be honest.. im a normal girl.. dont know as much about bikes as you guys do... so do speak your mind please.~

 

lowering the bike and extending the swingarm is only good if you are flat out racing 1/4 mile.

stupid as hell tooling around on the street
handles like ****, looks like A ss, turns like a turd

the bike was made for handling and that will *** it up preety good by extending the swingarm

 

I agree. Please don't ruin your bike.

 

Custom paint can never hurt though... go for it.

get the paint..if you MUST lower it, its all good, but dont go crazy. Also Internal engine modifications in most cases will void your factory warranty, and increase your chances of mechanical failure. Keep it dependable, keep it stock. An exhaust and air filter will do plenty for the bike. A little chrome never hurts either..lol

buy a 12 bar cos it looks way cooler than a extend swingarm
