Since I bought my bike.. all it does is RAIN.... I hate it here. Let me repeat myself. I HATE IT HERE. I would rather freeze my *** off in 30 degree weather and be able to ride my bike... instead of sweat my ***** off 365 days a year, and be wet all the time.!!!

When is this crap supposed to stop...?

Welcome to "the rainy hot state", not the sunshine state!! I must admit the winters are pretty nice though.

 

It hasnt been raining here :P

 

It's been pouring since yesterday afternoon in South Broward.

 

Yeah it hasn't been raining too much here in Orlando!! You'll be happy you're here in a month or so when everyone up north has to put their bikes away and we're still riding!!

 

It's just pretty frustrating... when I bring out my bike to ride.. and it starts.. being that I am such a "Newbie" still.. I get over excited at just the thought of getting to ride. LOL

Dunkin has been such a good guy.. trapsing all the way down here to ride with me... every free chance he gets...

I went bike shopping with him yesterday (God.. which by the way is like taking your whiny baby brother to the mall for an afternoon) ... as I know Im still new.. but I am bored with the 250 and honestly can't keep up .. so I was looking at the R6... and a few others... the R6 is honestly the most comfortable for me..

Any opinions... please chime in..!!!!!! I'm sure you wouldnt want me to base my decision solely on Dunkin's advice. GOD HELP ME!

Well it looks like the rain ain't getting any better this week, there is a tropical storm out there and we're expected to get 5-8" for rain by the weekend. LOVELY!!

Wendy, about the bike, I started on a 92 F2 (Honda CBR 600) and it was great!! I got a good deal on my R6 and that is why I got it, if it wasn't for that I woulda stuck with Honda, that's just my I've ridden a variety of Hondas and I love them all (F2, F4i, 600rr, 900, 929, 954, 1000rr). But it's not what everyone else thinks, it's what you feel comfortable on as a newer rider. Don't get me wrong, I love my R6 but I think Hondas are better beginner bikes and they are much more forgiving. Good Luck with the bike shopping!

 

rain doesnt bother me. seatstanders in the rain are the ****.. if u can ride in the rain u can ride in anything....ummm ya..

hey if you r on the verge of buying a bike take my advise and cop that knew 06'R6 it's gonna be the baddest thing out by far....used..go with somthing like an f4i..well get u stunten in no time :YEAH :YEAH

I like Kawis. 636s. Had 03 and it was fun fun bike, now have 05. But will get the 03 - 04 since i'm sellin the 05.
