I just talked to my brother, he's got a 1996 F3 (black/red) for sale. He's asking $3000, 13,000 miles, it's a rebuilt title and it has a cracked fairing (he will replace if the buyer wants him to, if not he'll take some $$ off). I talked to my brother today, he said he'd bring the bike up to North Palm Beach (which is somewhere around 80 miles north of where the bike is) if your friend is serious. I'm going to try and find the pictures that he told me are posted somewhere.
