"RAD" The BMX movie

Many of us know that this movie was one of the reasons that the extreme sports industry has exploded. Millions of us grew up watching this movie which gave us inspiration to progress into what we are today. Although it is extremely old school, I still consider it one of my alltime favorites, It's just impossible to get ahold of anymore. I found a link to a petition to get it released on DVD. Here's the link. Please sign it so that hopefully someday we can purchase a copy of the classic.

Re: "RAD" The BMX movie

I remember how hard it was to find Rad in my town even when it came out i bought one from the rental place. Then a few yrs later i found a new copy somewhere. Would be pimp on Dvd though.

Re: "RAD" The BMX movie

Who do you think was a better rider Crew Jones or Bart Taylor (mongoose)??

I think that Crew Jones was the better rider but Bart Taylor was more of a pimp

Re: "RAD" The BMX movie

Just found out that Bill Allen (actor that played Cru Jones) was born in Wichita, KS only lived there 'till he was 4, Still, just thought it was crazy since that's where I'm from.

Cru was a better rider, Bart was more of a pimp, and Luke got shafted after getting taken out in the qualifiers where he was ahead of Cru.
