Re: Updated Trailer

Well, you guys are definitely progressing, but I think you have a long way to go before you can put out(actually sell to people) a dvd. Keep it up, and trim your bars.

Thanks but I disagree....We are not trying to sell the newest stuntz although as you can see everyday we are practicing and getting better...My goal here is to make an entertaining DVD..something that will be fun to watch, capture the Ottawa scene and tell a story about a few riders who luv to stunt and sort of document our journey thru this Stunt game..Its a work in progress and believe me this DVD would get alot of support locally...As they have all scene us progress over the last couple of years...We have had an effect on the stunt scene here in Ottawa b/c we pretty much are the only guys willing to put in the work and get better...If you would have told me 2 years ago that in 3 weeks we would be rollin with the Starboyz at our very own StuntFest I would of laughed..But that shiat is goin down..
Yeah we are behind the timez, but for me that does not mean we cant make a DVD that would be entertaining...

But thanks for the feedback, its appreciated..

Cheers

Re: Updated Trailer

You both have valid points. The harsh reality of it, is that it probably won't be a big mover in the states, where it seems that everyone and their brother is doing circles and what not these days. I'd like to see the whole movie before totally judging it. If there is a story element to the DVD instead of just clips of average stunts to some tunes, then I think it'll be a good buy.

Either way, I will support my local boys, buy a copy and a t-shirt.
SmurfKilla.....see ya in about 4 weeks!

Re: Updated Trailer

Damn straight man....3 weeks and we are rollin bigtime man...
Lookin forward to meeting some of you guyz from TO and MTL..We need to hookup more often....
There is no doubt that our DVD will not be up to par on pure stuntz alone...But I can assure you that it will be fun to watch. If it doesnt sell
in the States then so be it...Like I said we would move enuff copies locally to
make it a worthwhile project...I will also be contributing a $1 from every sale to a childrens charity..Currently we have about $100 saved up already just from Tshirts that went on sale last weekend...So I figure by Xmas time we will be able to go in with a big bag of toys and work some smiles....
That would be cool as hell...

Again thanks for the feedback and looking forward to hooking up with you guys...

Cheers

Re: Updated Trailer

lol..........
Well, lets be honest here there are 3 reasons for the charity idea....Obviously getting to give some Xmas gifts to little kiddies would be cool as hell...2ndly I am also trying to find ways of putting a positive spin on what we are doing here in Ottawa...and 3rd people tend to be a bit more onboard if they know that some of their $$ spent will go to a good cause...

The way I see it is even if we fail miserably at the PR thing, we would at least get to put some smiles on some kids faces....Thats worth it..

Oh and let me also say that its only July, we at least got another 3 months of riding here which is alot of practice time..So what we are doing now will be a joke then...Always practicing means always improving...

Cheers

Re: Updated Trailer

Ah no worries, all criticism is welcome...
But thanks and you're right the bars need to be cut down for sure..
We are actually doing the ZX6r this week....I have already cut about 3 inches off the FI bar...It does look a little long as I my tail section is all smashed in on the end...I hate to mess with it now as it is hitting the ground pretty flush...

Yeah we have about 3 or 4 good spots to practice at..So far the cops are leaving us alone as we arent bothering anyone...But that could change real quick...
All in all it has been a great summer so far...Just gotta keep the camera rollin

Cheers

****...smurfkilla...ive backed your from day one! I think its tight to see people that dont look like robots! I like to see the pain...I like to see people work for it. We are really behind the times here too, so its like you guys are a sister city when it comes to stunts. I liked it! Keep it up!

Re: Updated Trailer

No doubt man StuntFest Ottawa should be A1...
Let me know when you guys are in town.....We have a highway ride scheduled for Friday evening which should be fun...
If not we will see you at the track...Make sure you come on over and say hello...Trying to meet all the local canadian talent so we can hookup in the future..
Good luck with thoze 12v'z man, they kicked my *** last year for awhile...Best advice I could give to you is ***** the scraping and just work on your clutch up and rocking the idle with the rear brake..Once you get that scraping will be a piece of cake....
I wish I would of followed that route first..

Cheers
