i NEED a camcorder lol i'm tired of askin my friend if i can borrow his, hes always hesitant i dont blame him though its not his its his mothers so yeah i need a camcorder, i've been lookin for some cheap new mini dvs and i found the Canon ZR80 it retails for about $350, what you guys think i might get it...

 

I like the sony model cameras the best because they seem to hold up better and have somewhat better quality and features. I have had 2 canons in the past with problems but they were not the dv's. If you can go to an electronics store to test the camera out do it. If looks good then get it cuz that price is right.

 

hey man, i got a sharp...not to sure of the model number, but i can look at it and get back to you. Its about 5 months old. Probably as big as ur palm, with a LCD SCREEN, its a camcorder and it also takes pictures.I got alot of extras for it, and willing to sale if ur intrested. Check Ebay for other Canon models....I love my ZR45. The only thing the new models have is bigger optical zoom.
