Re: Darius in Australia

no hand brake CBo just for you, I didnt have a 12 bar the first 2 event's, but thank's to Micah from onone for breaking my 1000rr subframe in half I had to make something to hold the seat on so I put a freestlyeingenuity bar on there that showed up in the mail, thank's Tim. We had all fiberglass race fairing's on the bike, from the subframe being broken in half I didnt have much to hold the tail on, I was doing a sitdown no hander and the tail piece and me fell off the back of the bike and the bike went ghostriding away, came out pretty funny on video. I also was rolling some pretty decent stoppie's on the 1000 until I flipped it and it landed on me pretty hard, got some good road rash on my back and ankle, it really sucks wearing a leather jacket with road rash on your back, my **** was oozing for a while, the reck looked like the geared up crash in black sheep, that **** suck's!! thank's to everybody for the support but it sucks to have my worst run of all the events posted up, take it down!!!

Re: Darius in Australia

Hey D, Carlos Plottier (Melbourne round, CBR900RR) here. Good to compete with you guys here in Australia, I sure learned a few things from all you guys. Best time for me was Fridays practice, when we all were out on the track cutting sick! Got it all on film too, so it should make interesting viewing. It was a pitty I couldnt make it to Saturday nite drinks with you all, but next time for sure!

Did you tell the guys here how Tony D ZX9R would not die at the end of the nite? :YEAH

Gotta say, ill be training hard from now on (this time with the right gearing on my CBR) and were going to kick your A$$ big time bro

Again, good to have you all in Australia, until next time, keep it up!!!!!!

Re: Darius in Australia

I took off the tank cover and dented in the half tank and wrapped some duct tape on there. I also mounted a ohlins dampner in place of the electric unit which doesnt work. Cbo the idle control wouldnt turn the idle up high enough so I had to lift the tank up and turn the idle up, so trying to get a 170hp bike up real high with a 3000 rpn idle isnt very fun especially after wearing the bike for a backpack a week earlier and wanting to get home in one piece. But I could have done it CBo stlye and mounted a car tire on the rear to give me that QUAD like feel, or maybe let the air down to the GANGSTA 2.5 psi to give me that midwest style, put 25 pounds in the rear and do 10 tight circles and ride out and I'll take off my handbrake on the 929
