how do i get a video up on here, does it have to be hosted or something?

yes it has to be hosted....then you'll post a link to it for us to watch it. how big is ur video file? If its less then 15 megs I'll host it for ya. I only offer this because it sounds like your new to the posting of a video. Just trying to help a brother out.
