here is the log used in the vid, i used some cool effects for when it first appears in the beginning.

The idea is solid. Try putting some kind of bevel on the 'DC' and a possible soft glow/shadow behind it. It needs a bit more dimension to seperate it from the back ground.

I tried attaching a quicky example. I will try to mess with it a bit more so you can see what I am talking about. Also, if you have some kinda cool text you can use it by itself on certain things. That way you do not always have to use the picture.

i did put a shadow on the DC, but it did not come through on the t shirts, but on the DVD cover and in the video it shows up real nice and it gives it a 3D look. i messed with some other ****, but in the video, the DC's in red comes like out of the camera and stamps on the image. now if i could somehow reflect that in the pic, that would work, like a trail, coming from the top left and landing where it is. ****in photo shop is a pain in the ***

 

Photoshop is the s#$t. What exactly are you trying to do? Let me know and we can figure out how to get it done.

That is pimp as hell but it just doesnt seem like the DCs doesnt fit with those flames.........just my opinion

 

for real, photo shop is the ****, but more ****in complicated than premier, and i just learned both. not digin the flames, but i am open to other ideas, thats why i posted this thread, i will see if i have eneough room to host the section of the vid where the logo comes in, after you see how i have it all come together, you might get a better idea of what i am talkin about

 

Thats cool. It was more an example of what I was talking about than anything. That and I just threw that together in a few minutes.

I am over analyzing again. Normally I would design a whole look and feel as well as some elements to use a transitions.

As for the logo.....like I said. The one he has is cool but could be a pain to mass produce depeding on what he wants to use it for. Best thing to do is design a logo that will look good/distinctive in black and white. Once you got that down the rest is cake cause it can be used in anything from black and white to really fancy glitzy 4 color stuff.

i am thinking bevel the edge, use a shadow, and put the DC on more of an angle, and put part of the D or C under the bar of the box that holds most wanted, now i am confusing myself, to drunk to do this right now. lol
