How in the heck to I convert a mpeg clip to a diffrent format, to be viewable here???

Well, if you are trying to get it to wmv format so that is plays on the windows media player, there are several options. I'm not sure about other programs, but I use Vegas Video and it has a button under file that is Render As, basically translates to Save As and you can pick the format and kbp.
If you are not using that program go to www.downloads.com and search under "mpeg convert" witht he parenthisis. There is tons of free crap there and before I got Vegas Video I even had program that did that but I deleted it and can't remember what it was called.
If all else fails pm BAKER, he seems to be the man about videos. Hell, he helped me out.
