first off i don't have to get one of them to write something down for you because you really have no involvement.

second you say you have seen me big deal alot of people have seen me. You must be worried about me because i have no clue who you are nor do i care. Your just another *** hiding behind a computer.

Third i told you who i talked to about the footage and you didn't seem to have any coment about that. As for taking footage of other people and selling a dvd you havent even seen the video yet because they are only in about 5 minutes of an hour long video.

Noone else seems to have a problem but you on this video so i have a solution don't watch it.

I hate to jump in the middle but,TL trixta did ask that guy from mpz and he said sure use whatever footage you get.And as far as taking video of someone doin some stunts,If you dont want your **** in a video that someone else made,then dont enter any stunt shows(people do bring cameras to that ****).Just my opinion but like you said some of these guys make their living this way.....Then seems to me that Pun is helping them for advertising of those stunt teams,He does mention the stunt teams accordingly in the video!

 

that's cool and everything, and maybe TL did ask MPZ for their ****. But I know them, and they are in the middle of putting out their own video right now, and want to be in NO ONE else's videos. They tell everyone that you can put their **** in TRAILERS, but they have said on multiple occasions that they don't want to be in anyone's videos at the moment .... just what I know from them that's all ....

The stoppies on the 12 were pretty cool but the editing was pretty basic....nothing to it.....

I kinda remember the conversation while I was loading up my bike after the Starboys show. I cant even tell you how many people have asked/called/or e-mailed me questions about wanting to do a video or using us in their video. Who really cares? Seeing a few clips of us in someone elses video aint a big deal. You think I give a ****??? If we were 90% of the video I might say something. True...I'd rather not be in 1000 different videos but do you honestly think I'm gonna hire a lawyer and come after someone?
Legally, in order for someone to use video of someone they must have written permission to do so.....look at Girls gone Wild....that guy has had some serious lawsuits.....and it all came down to paperwork. But also, that guy is making MILLIONS off those videos. What does a stunt video make nowadays?? HUNDREDS maybe? The market is so flooded with videos right now that you are lucky to break even after getting the rights to the music and duplicating, etc.... Why do you think that we havent put a video out yet? Theres no hurry...I'd rather ride.
