How long does everyones video camera batteries last?
get the sony man .... you are probably using a fujitsui or some sh*t ... and if you are using a sony, your battery hasn't been used/charged very well. the $100 battery I got last for like 8-9 hours .... try using the battery until it's dead, and then charging it up completely --- helps the battery continue to get a full charge

the camera im usein is the ****** Optura10....im def gettin sony trv70 or 80.....but ****** was a stock battery.....thing didnt take long to charge.....but it wore down way too fast ....i didnt know if it was normal for these cameras or what....thanks for the tips
alright ...even though i cant spell canon....i did manage to kill the camera......i filmed till it was absolutly dead, popped the tape out and started recording on another camera. then when i got home i was gonna watch it on the first camera so i plugged it into the wall so it would have juice, put the tape in and nothing. those were its dieing words. "i eat your tape".... so now i cant get my tape out. What are the chances i have a bad battery....or even a bad recharging cord???? the camera wont do a single thing, not even look useful.
It depends on what type of camera you have, but heres one for a ******. They are all pretty much the same price, and are the same Lithium-Ion Rechargeable battery.
