So we've had the 5D Mark II cameras for a while now and still photography is going great, simple clips are going great, but this weekend it was time. Time to step it up and start playing with the technical video capabilities of this camera. The problem with capturing content at the spot is that it takes time, and when you want to spend that time riding it's exceptionally hard to deviate long enough to not only shoot footage, but also learn about a very complex camera.
Thanks to the StuntBums crew we captured this test footage that truly whetted our appetite for producing more high quality video. Hopefully the future clips will be more interesting than this, but we see great potential. Thanks to Tone The Natural for tagging the van and everyone who comes out all weekend long to live the StuntBums lifestyle!

this vid looks better then hdtv....u kno what would look hott tho??? shoot a video in the rain without ****** up the camera of course....i think that video would look so good with that camera

just goes to show ya what a DSLR can do now days with a good Fstop and some decent lenses. I like how sony released a full HD cam that has interchangle lenses like the 5D. uu watch over the next few years how ******* insane quality videos will get, in tersm of focus, zoom distance, slow mo. and how artistic it will become.

Nice, last time I saw you in lot Neal if I remember, you were sketchy (was over a year ago lol) with circles. They look good in that video, nice work.

eh me and circles 
some days i crush em (for me anyway) and other days I still struggle with them But I havent been riding as much as I'd like to anyway - thats my excuse lol
