ya that's true, but I'm just saying for everyday downloads. Still illegal, but i haven't heard of any stunt group getting sued cause they used some music in a free trailor.
but for a DVD, i understand that.

My friends band used the gerber baby on their CD cover photoshoped some peircings and stuff on it. gerber found out about it *some how... hehe.
anyway mtv found out about it and did a story on them. next thing you know Maverick record which is owned by madonna signed the band. They got payed for some stupid ****. i say do it.
