editing was sweet, the clips were awsome, the music could have been better, but was good, over all I give it 9.5 out of 10

Umm good movie but that song makes me wanna shoot my pinki finger off.
just $.02.. don't take as criticism, these are just thoughts at 2:30am, ignore the ones you don't like..
the music, isn't suited well to action video stuff.. it's slow paced and semi-acoustic sounding.. if this is just for messing around it's cool, for the video or a real trailer i would forgo it tho.
where you have the picture-in-picture effect with 4 of the shots in the frame at once, i don't care much for effects like this.. too busy.. esp. with the logo rotating in the center at the same time. there is a reason you don't see editors using stuff like that in feature films, tv, music videos, etc. long crossfades (didn't see any in yours) are a no-no too, in my book.
some of the quick cuts worked very well, and how he reused a couple of short clips multiple times by flipping them was an interesting take too. and most of the sections were the "meat" of the shot, without a lot of fluff on the beginning or end, which is nice to see.

Not bad my only comment would be the music tempo doesn't match the stunts. Alot of the stunts you were doing looked to be at a higher speed, and some the editing was done in fast forward, so a fasted tempo song would have suited it better in my opinion.
